Corporate Accounts – Sales Support Administrator

City: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

Working with many vendors including Cisco, IBM, Dell, HP, Lenovo & Apple (to name a few) we quote, source, deliver and fulfil over 1500 orders per month. Due to consistent & solid growth across this corporate customer base, we are looking for a talented administrator with strong attention to detail to join our incredibly successful Account Management Team (AMT) as a Sales Support Administrator.

Our AMT is made up of entrepreneurial Account Managers and Sales Support Administrators whose dedication to customer service, quick response times & attention to detail enables them exceed our customers’ expectations each & every time.

The Sales Support Administrator does all of the following:

– Completing order quotations quickly & accurately;

Contacting our suppliers to source & obtain the best prices for each quotation; once quotations convert into a sales order, inputting orders onto the system;

Working with our order fulfilment function and transport providers, track orders for delivery to our customers in Ireland, UK, Europe & US;

Accurately capturing all data relating to customers, quotations, sales orders etc. on SAGE;

Collaborating with our Sales Administrators to support each other as well as the Corporate Account Managers to deliver our customer promise – “providing fast response time to quotes; immediate access to stock; exceptional product knowledge; global delivery capability; multi-currency billing AND always guaranteeing best commercial value.”

New Business Development Manager

To achieve our potential we are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our established, successful & growing team & help us achieve this mission

You will be supported in this role by a Senior Marketing Manager & a sales support administrator who are committed to helping you build our brand, market presence & customer base, in the Irish market.

As New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

Identifying new business opportunities in new & existing markets & sectors;

Proactively identifying, building & nurturing relationships with new customers;

Coordinating meetings (formal & informal) with new business contacts;

Influencing new customers to give ITQuotes an opportunity to quote for new business;

Acting as a professional & credible brand ambassador for ITQuotes in the market;

Attending relevant conferences & networking events to meet new contacts;

Working with Senior Marketing Manager to create a plan of activity to support new business growth;

Planning, tracking & following through on all new business development activity;

Seamless transfer of new business accounts & relationship to an established Corporate Account Manager.

pricing customer quotations for diverse (& sometimes complex) IT hardware & software solutions, both rapidly & accurately, and converting them into sales;

sourcing the best products at the best prices, for every customer, every single time;

fulfilling complex sales orders for delivery for our customers in Ireland, UK, Europe & US;

accurately capturing all data relating to customers, quotations, sales orders etc. on SAGE;

collaborating with other members of the AMT to share & exchange knowledge to deliver our customer promise –  “providing fast response time to quotes; immediate access to stock; exceptional product knowledge; global delivery capability; multi-currency billing AND always guaranteeing best commercial value.”

The AMT are a group of hard working, self-driven, customer focused account managers who are supported in their roles by equally hard working, customer focused Sales Support Executives.

IT Support & Stock Room Assistant

Due to consistent & solid growth across this corporate customer base, we are looking for a talented graduate (Dipl., Bsc, BA) with a genuine interest in IT Hardware to join our Account Management Team (AMT) as our IT Support & Stockroom Assistant.

Our AMT is made up of entrepreneurial Account Managers and Sales Support Administrators whose dedication to customer service, quick response times & attention to detail enables them exceed our customers’ expectations each & every time. This is a brand new role and the person who joins will be a valued member of the team.

The IT Support & Stockroom Assistant will be responsible for the following:

-receiving incoming IT hardware orders from our partners (IBM, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Cisco, Miscrosoft etc.) ensuring goods are undamaged & accurate;

-working with members of the AMT and our transport providers to organise & track orders for delivery to our customers in Ireland, UK, Europe & US;

maintaining our stockroom in an orderly & efficient manner;

upgrading IT hardware for customers who require bespoke products from us;

working with management to provide bespoke IT hardware services to customers;

supporting ITQuotes promise of exceptional service by improving product specifications or ensuring fast delivery times for our customers;

providing IT Admin support to our team;

accurately capturing all data relating to customers, order fulfilment & deliveries on SAGE;

collaborating with the AMT to deliver our customer promise – “providing fast response time to quotes; immediate access to stock; exceptional product knowledge; global delivery capability; multi-currency billing AND always guaranteeing best commercial value.”

The AMT are a group of hard working, self-driven, customer focused account managers who are supported in their roles by equally hard working, customer focused Sales Support Administrators. You will be seen as a key person to support the Sales Support Administrators and Corporate Account Managers.
