ITQuotes does not supply products to other IT resellers.

ITQuotes price promises are based on supplying products to organizations that are not party to special pricing agreements between manufactures and certain organisations.

If ITQuotes fail to respond to a quote request within four working hours of receiving the request, the order will be filled free of charge. Products will only be delivered for free if the “submit for quote” table has been completed correctly i.e. a valid email address and phone number provided and valid full manufacturer's part code.

ITQuotes business hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm. ITQuotes is closed for lunch from 1pm-2pm.

Free products will be delivered up to a maximum value of €25,000 ex vat if ITQuotes fail to return the quote on time. Product Quantity limit of one.

To qualify for a "double the difference" refund on any order made, a valid cheaper quote and source must be disclosed to ITQuotes within 24 hours of placing the order. Valid and cheaper quotes must be provided only via legitimate vendor distribution channels and practice.

"Double the difference" refunds do not apply to products from manufacturers that are not included in our products page.

ITQuotes offers a full returns policy.

All quotes will be responded to withing 4 working hours unless special bid discounts have been requested from the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.

Free delivery to Ireland and the UK does not apply to goods under 150 euro.

Credit terms are 28 days from issue of invoice.
